Caprisha is artistically creative, a mental health advocate, motivational speaker, serial entrepreneur, and realtor in Middle Tennessee. After several years in corporate America, she started her first business “Necessaries,” a home-based business producing custom scarves from recycled materials. Products are sold on web-based platforms like Etsy and Big Cartel as well as vending events in Nashville and surrounding areas.
In 2015, she started a graphic design studio called Grace Design Studios that helps small businesses with logo designs and signage. In addition, she designs book covers and digital art with a vast customer base including celebrities like Deon Cole from hit ABC sitcom Blackish. She is currently expanding Grace Design Studios as an interior design studio to better serve her clients with staging and interior design services.
In addition to other projects, Caprisha began her real estate career in 2018 as a buyer agent for a boutique brokerage in Mt. Juliet, later becoming an affiliate broker in 2021 with Compass. In her first year, Caprisha was a top producing realtor; recognized and awarded by the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors for three consecutive years.
Caprisha has a passion for helping others and motivating them to set goals and achieve their dreams. When she is not working, she enjoys being in her garden, Hudson Yards, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and being with her little dog, Lola. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and loves serving her community and making a positive impact on those with whom she encounters. Caprisha lives by four principles: believe you can; live life intentionally; then tap into your inner power and live the life of your dreams.
